As we approach the long weekend, all of us at Vault Law want to extend warm Thanksgiving wishes to the students, attorneys, recruiting professionals, career-services teams, and legal-industry colleagues who make up our community. This is one of the busiest periods of the year for many of you—between exam prep, end-of-year reviews, billable-hour sprints, and the early phases of next year’s recruiting cycle—and we hope the holiday offers a welcome pause to reflect, reconnect, and recharge.
Thanksgiving is a moment to appreciate the relationships that support our work: mentors who take the time to guide the next generation, colleagues who share the load on demanding matters, professors and advisers who help students navigate difficult decisions, and recruiting and professional development teams who keep firms moving forward. We are grateful for the openness with which so many of you share your experiences through our surveys, insights, and resource centers—your perspectives make our work possible and help shape the broader legal profession.
