The best aspect of my firm's overall career development is that the partners, directors, and managers truly allow their staff to participate in training, speaking with clients, performing higher levels within a projects, etc. I feel fully supported every time I have a question or want to do more. My director and managers trust me to get the job done, and I have not felt like this at my old firm. There are no bad aspect to my firm's career development opportunities that I have seen.
