Eide Bally has financially recovered from the Pandemic. It remains to be seen what the impact will be as lock downs continue, in varying degrees, throughout our footprint. Eide Bailly is well suited to a remote working environment, but we are dependent on our client's financial health to maintain our own. Our biggest limiting factor is the ability to attract and hire enough talent - across our various business lines - to serve the demand for our services. As a large firm that has grown up serving primarily rural markets, it has been a challenge to get our name out to all the places talent is.
