The leadership at Eide Bailly have been very candid and clear about the state of the firm, especially through the pandemic. We have annual updates so everyone always knows the financial status of the firm. During the pandemic, no employees experienced pay cuts, there were very minimum furloughs, promotions were still implemented on a normal schedule, and pay raises were delayed a couple of months but they were still received. The partners of the firm took most of the hit in their pay for lost revenue during the pandemic, which is admirable that they didn't want to push that burden down onto the staff, and even so that hit was not as bad as some other firms experienced and things are quickly returning to normal.
