Our firm promotes corporate responsibility in all its forms. We have office and departmental volunteer days, we are allotted time each year that we can use for personal volunteer activities, and the firm offers matching donations up to a certain amount each year where they will match donations that you make to qualified charities. We also have a program that focuses on women in the workplace, retaining women as they move up in their careers, and the challenges they face and what we can do within the firm to remedy those things.
