Prominence on health and wellbeing has become more center stage during pandemic. Leaders are encouraged to demonstrate balance, a "PTO guide" has been published and ongoing dialogue about what's working/what could be adjusted are commonplace. Focus remains on serving clients, but doing so in a way that promotes overall wellbeing concurrently.
