KPMG has established an internship program that is designed to give students hands-on experience in a variety of professional services including audit, tax, advisory, or business support services. Each intern is paired with a mentor, and will receive professional training and assistance as they develop valuable business skills. The paid, multi-week programs are held during the winter and summer, and are available to students who demonstrate a strong academic record. Each program gives interns a direct pathway to a full-time job offer with KPMG.

Students participate in KPMG National Intern Training, where they will have the opportunity to gain real-world experience at KPMG Lakehouse, an advanced training center in Lake Nona, Florida. Interns will realize their professional potential as they work alongside and network with their peers, as well as experienced KPMG professionals. KPMG is committed to helping students develop the skills they need to succeed in their field, greatly enhancing their career potential.

Those who accept an internship offer from KPMG may also apply to participate in its award-winning Global Internship Program (GIP). The program begins with an internship in the U.S., before sending interns abroad for four weeks of global professional training. Interns will work on meaningful assignments with the KPMG international team, and will receive special training from experienced mentors as they work towards their personal and professional goals. GIP covers all travel and lodging costs for its participants, so they can focus entirely on their work and professional development.
