We have formal diversity teams with passionate people who are members of such teams. We receive regular updates and invitations to firm events that help us become more mindful of the issues. Many are fun (such as foods from accross the globe, others are more educational including formal training of what behavior will not be tolerated and what we need to do if we see or experience disrespectful behavior.
