We have a giving platform with matching and these are areas of focus for campaigns throughout the year. An Inclusion & diversity council was developed this year with an application process to join the board at various levels. I believe it was a thoughtful way of including people are who are passionate about this in the firm who can really move the needle. Also, there have been various communications on this and the roll out.
