Being busy with work all year around.

No reward/incentive system for working overtime during busy season like my old firm had.

The workload is nice. You may be asked to do more work, but if you feel like you have too much, it's okay to say so and they will find someone to help you out. They have a good work/life balance and understand there are things that pop up in life that were unexpected. It's nice that unlike my old firm, we have enough work to stay busy throughout the whole year.
