We are focused on cutting expenses, which results in less perks for the hard working employees. There is a lot of room to cut IB and CB sales guys that cover few names and don't really bring profit into the bank. Management needs to realize there needs to be more PMs then sales guys. Management has no appreciation for the actual work behind underwriting, monitoring, regulatory reporting and focuses on the expensive and less productive sales team.
