The people that I worked with are the best part of the job.
DownersI would say the amount of work. Its never comfortable not knowing, there are things that I work on daily that I have little to no knowledge on, like drinking from a fire hose.
Advice to CandidatesWorkload is as expected, 20 things at one time. Which in theory doesn't sound possible but you find ways to do it. Compensation is great, quality of life is something most bankers could do better at but it's tough. They do a great job of asking those questions on how to improve, but the work is the work.
