PWP has a phenomenal culture with a phenomenal group of people at the junior and senior level. The firm focuses a great deal of its recruiting effort on "fit" and it really shows in the quality of people I get to work with on a day to day basis. The people across the firm are brilliant investment bankers, but also fundamentally good people.
