The firm recently advised HeartLand on its sale to Pritzker Private Capital, the Special Committee of SiriusXM's Board of Directors on SiriusXM's $28 billion combination with Liberty SiriusXM Tracking Stock Group, the Special Committee of System1’s Board of Directors on its $340 million sale of Total Security to Just Develop It, El Rancho Supermercado on its sale to Heritage Grocers Group (an Apollo portfolio company), and OUTFRONT Media on the pending C$410 million sale of its Canadian business to Bell Media, among many more significant transactions.
