In my current position I have only been involved on the administrative side of the hiring process, not the interviewing and callback process so I can't comment on that. Regardng the type of candidate, I believe the firm looks for individuals who can bring experience and quality to our firm and our clients; and whose ideas, beliefs,and work ethics are in line with the firms mission.
