We typically have two rounds of several case interviews, and candidates meet and speak with several members of our office. Beyond some specific academic qualifications, we are seeking candidates from a variety of backgrounds who demonstrate strong quantitative reasoning abilities, a willingness to learn and ask questions, and the enthusiasm required to be a valuable team-contributor.
