Analysts

Analysts play a central role at Cornerstone Research. As an analyst, you will work in case teams that vary in size and typically include an academic or industry expert, senior consultants, and multiple analysts. Within a case team, you will have the opportunity to make important contributions during all phases of the project—from developing case strategy and conducting analyses to preparing experts for testimony. Analysts are exposed to numerous types of cases across a broad spectrum of industries.

Cornerstone Research believes that strong skills develop through practical experience and ongoing training. As an analyst, you will have tremendous learning and development opportunities through working closely with experts, clients, and senior consultants. In addition, you will hone your skills by participating in a variety of training programs.

Summer Analysts

For students who have not yet graduated from college, our summer analyst position mirrors the full-time analyst role and offers opportunities to learn about Cornerstone Research firsthand. You can make important contributions within a case team during all project phases – from developing case strategy, conducting analyses, to preparing experts for testimony. Along with being staffed on case teams, you can engage in leadership and professional training, panels, and team building activities. Many summer analysts join Cornerstone Research full time upon graduation.

Summer Associates

Summer associates are typically current doctoral or MBA students who join the firm for ten weeks prior to graduation. The summer associate role mirrors that of a new full-time associate and is designed to give current students a first-hand look into Cornerstone Research.

While many summer associates choose to join us during the summer, the timing and duration of this position are flexible and can be arranged at any time over the summer or during the academic year. Correspondingly, we accept and review applications for summer associate positions on a rolling basis.
