Social Mobility

 

In 2018, Brown Rudnick launched its 1L Social Mobility Diversity Fellowship, which is open to 1Ls who are the first in their families to graduate from college. Fellows join the firm as summer associates, but during the school year they are also invited to the firm for events and training opportunities. They also receive ongoing coaching from the firm. Finally, in addition to the summer associate salary, fellows are eligible for a scholarship of more than $30k.
