Social Mobility
In 2018, Brown Rudnick launched its 1L First Generation Professional Fellowship, which is open to 1Ls who are the first in their families to graduate from college. Fellows join the firm as summer associates, but during the school year they are also invited to the firm for events and training opportunities. They also receive ongoing coaching from the firm. Finally, in addition to the summer associate salary, fellows are eligible for a scholarship of up to $30,000.

- Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban and the NBA team in defense of a proposed class action lawsuit for his promotion of the now-bankrupt crypto platform Voyager Digital.
- Multiple early-stage growth transactions, including financing, intellectual property, and exits, for both companies (including IONATE, JuneBrain, UNTUCKit, and Virtual Staging AI) and investors (including RA Capital, Differential Ventures, Morgan Creek Digital, and Harlem Capital).
