Great work environment. People are easy to get along with and the work-life balance is exceptional. Great practical and hands-on experience right out of the gate, including taking on responsibilities that you would not get until the 5th or 6th year at some other firms. Early interactions with clients and encouragement to do lots of business development.

Varying quality of work from group to group (but that is at a lot of firms). Pay is a little low compared to other firms in the same market area.

The firm is looking for people that are not only smart and good at there jobs but also people that are more laid back and not pushy. Great firm for laterals looking to grow there practice and skill set. Also, a very family-friendly environment.
