The Firm Says
Our Summer Associate Program provides law students with a realistic view of what it is like to work at Robinson+Cole as a junior associate. Our summer associates work closely with accomplished lawyers and are exposed to a broad array of practice areas during their time with the firm. We do not have a structured rotation program. Instead, we offer a dynamic project assignment system supported by our associate work assignment coordinators, which allows our summer associates more flexibility to explore areas of interest. During our summer program, we provide challenging work, mentoring, opportunities to socialize, and in-depth orientation and training to give our summer associates the foundation they need to succeed. Our goal is to provide each of our summer associates with the essential skills they’ll need when they return as entry-level associates.
