Our summer program is built around hands-on experience. During your time, you will have the opportunity to participate in every aspect of the practice of law, from complex research to building client relationships. Assignments from multiple practice areas allow you to explore our diverse practice and industry groups, while interacting with lawyers from a variety of professional backgrounds and expertise. We offer both formal and informal coaching and training sessions commencing with the SPB Summer Academy. Each summer associate is assigned a partner mentor and an associate mentor. We also make every attempt to provide regular feedback after each assignment. Our program includes a variety of interactive and virtual social events. We provide a supportive, inclusive and motivating environment where everyone has a role to play in delivering outstanding service to clients.
