There are usually 2 rounds of interviews, 2 interviews each. Depending of the position the interviewee is applying for, the interviewers will have more or less seniority. Interviewers will fill a form after each interview and comment with the other interviewer to decide whether the interviewee passes to the next round or not. If the interviewing process ends before an offer, the interviewer will always call the interviewee and give him/her feedback and advice for further interviews. In case the process continues, a human resources member will contact the interviewee to schedule further interviews / manage the offer.
