B.E.S.T. (Balanced. Energized. Successful. Team.) is our global and holistic approach to bringing – and keeping – wellbeing at the forefront of our culture. B.E.S.T. brings together Bain’s wellbeing resources, tools, training and coaching into one framework.
We are making wellbeing a priority by creating an environment that educates, encourages and enables Bainies to put wellbeing at the center of their lives. • Executive Coaching by B.E.S.T. - Series of confidential, 1:1 sessions with a trained and experienced B.E.S.T. coach. Coaches listen, ask powerful questions, and empower individuals so they can become more balanced, energized, and successful, and team more effectively at Bain and beyond.
• Wellbeing resources - Best-in-class external tools and offerings to help us with all aspects of our wellbeing
