While when I started last year, I got slightly less than what I would've liked for base compensation, I got a really good signing bonus as well as year-end-performance bonus. This year, they changed the payscale somewhat so I got a fairly large boost in base compensation, which I feel is fair. I also really appreciate the education reimbursements available, as well as the pre-tax public transit benefit through WageWorks. Neither my 401K match nor my health care plan are the best I've received in my professional experience, but they are both adequate.
