Interview Process Review
As an MBA hire, you go through two rounds of interviews. First round was on-campus (3 separate interviews: resume, behavioral/situational, and case) and the second round was more for fit (3 separate interviews with your potential supervisors and co-workers). They are looking for someone who understands the importance of networking in a large firm, someone personable, and a thinker that can articulate ideas and thoughts.
