I would absolutely consider Keystone versus all the top consulting firms when deciding which to pick. While BCG, McKinsey, etc. may offer better exit opportunities, I find it hard to believe that anyone will invest more in your personal development than Keystone will. The culture the leadership team is unparalleled. I could seldom be happier with my work at Keystone.
