We are generally very good about walking the talk in this area.

One thing I have noticed a lot, the gentlemen we hire tend to feel they are ready for promotion even when they aren't and the women feel they aren't ready even when they are. This will cause the men to more aggressively pursue promotion when the women don't. As an industry we reward "Go-Getters" which can, in some cases, lead to men getting promoted faster.
