McKinsey's support for you to pursue internal and external opportunities is remarkable. The network outside of the firm is equally supportive as the colleagues who continue to work at McKinsey. I also have genuinely appreciated how much coaching and mentorship there is across the entire hierarchy. Lastly, McKinsey's willingness to welcome back alumni to re-join the firm is also really unique and exciting.

I wish McKinsey was more transparent about promotions, salary, etc.
