Best: Culture and people, extremely interesting topics and clients, almost only strategy and Private Equity projects, no implementations etc; Worst: on especially short Private Equity projects the hours can somewhat peak, but on average they are still positive (you get "life nights" where you can leave early at least one day per week in addition to Fridays)
