The hours are generally pretty fantastic at EVERSANA. I usually leave on time (between 5-6pm), though I have had engagements that sometimes require late nights / weekend work. Most senior leaders make work-life balance a top priority and give consultants autonomy to make decisions on their own workload.

Even before COVID, travel was very limited - i.e., only for important client meetings, and almost always just within driving distance.
