I appreciate the close interaction we have with our mentors. Together, we plan my development path, select the appropriate trainings and projects. The training program is very diverse ranging from compulsory global training programs for each career stage (duration between 1 and 2 weeks) to 2-day trainings regarding specific topics. Additionally, female-only trainings are offered.
