The interview process is extensive and similar to other firms with 3 interviews with senior associates/job managers (round 1) and 3 interviews with directors/partners (round 2), in between which you can be denied to progress further. The cut off is not specifically higher or lower in one of these rounds, so making it to round 2 is by no means a guarantee of a job offer (different from other firms)
