Best part of the career development is that senior management is very focused on a merit-based promotional systems and that they provide ample training and work to put you in projects that will enhance you career progression.

The downside is that based on the types of projects we are staffed on is mostly based on availability and there is only so much project diversity that getting a good mix of projects is often dependent on luck.
