We are seeking candidates who are innovative, strategic, nimble, and willing to grow/develop themselves and in turn the business. Our interview process includes pre-screens, a case study and assessment via email, and a preliminary phone interview with the Practice Lead. If the applicant is selected to continue, an on-site interview is conducted by associates from the Practice who might work with the candidate and from PMs, Directors and the Practice Lead. A scoring tool is used and scores are determined using scales based on the way the candidate answers questions and depending on the level of detail provided. Following the on-site interview, a de-brief is held among the interviewing team to review the final scores and determine next steps. Candidates are informed of the outcome of each step via phone.
