Overall SAIC staff are knowledgeable and provides a good work environment. Benefits are good and people are helpful and friendly.

I did not work in the DC area but did work in the mid-west office. I found the ability to move up was very limited unless you were from the area. As an "outsider" it seemed that upper level positions were already promised to family members.

Great place to start at and learn. They offer good benefits but you have to push the front office to pay for anything.
