Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Undergraduate students complete their application and are prompted to complete a recorded video interview as part of their preliminary screening. Graduate students complete their application and are prompted to complete two pre-employment assessments which take about 25 minutes. Undergraduate and Graduate students who are selected for the next round are invited to complete a virtual 45-minute Skills interview. Compensation/Benefits: Paid; Undergraduate interns receive $36 an hour and graduate/MBA interns receive $65 an hour. Rates subject to change year over year.
Duration: 6 to 12 weeks; The internship program is 10 weeks long and takes place over the summer between June and August. We have two start and end dates over the summer that are three weeks apart in order to accommodate different academic calendars.
