West Monroe offers its award-winning 10-week internship program for students who are interested in exploring a career in management and technology consulting. The program is available to students who are business majors as well as those who are studying areas like engineering and design. Available internship positions include product management, mergers and acquisitions, software engineer, and more.
Participants will have the opportunity to work on meaningful, client-facing projects in which they will be required to take the initiate and apply their skills thoughtfully. Additionally, interns will learn new skills from experienced professionals, while they build lasting connections with West Monroe associates and its leadership team. Interns will be expected to demonstrate strong ambition and work collaboratively in a team setting.
West Monroe is dedicated to the professional development of its interns, and provides each individual with a strong support network, career advisory assistance, and other advantages such as dedicated coaches and mentors. West Monroe’s internship program is available to students in London and in the U.S.
West Monroe is recruiting individuals with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum major GPA of 3.0
- Track record of outstanding academic performance in area of study
- Demonstrated leadership involvement in various campus groups or organizations
- Strong teamwork, problem solving, and communication skills
- Aptitude to learn and interest in the industry

Compensation/Benefits: Paid; Undergraduate interns receive $36 an hour and graduate/MBA interns receive $65 an hour. Rates subject to change year over year.
Duration: 6 to 12 weeks; The internship program is 10 weeks long and takes place over the summer between June and August. We have two start and end dates over the summer that are three weeks apart in order to accommodate different academic calendars.
