Bennett Thrasher’s talent acquisition team hosts over 100 students for office visits to be considered for its internship program. An internship with BT is a great opportunity to get real-world experience with public accounting, client interaction, and professional development. Opportunities exist for interns to absorb information, gain experience, and make mistakes so they can learn from them. BT isn’t out to hire perfect interns; rather, it is looking for people who work hard, have integrity, and love to learn.
* Undergraduate degree required, Master’s or J.D. preferred
* Basic knowledge of tax law, statutory interpretation and tax credits
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
* Proven time management, organizational and prioritization skillsÂÂÂÂÂÂ
* Ability to effectively manage multiple engagements simultaneously
