The Frazier & Deeter program is designed to fully immerse interns into the everyday work life of an accountant. Interns are assigned associate-level work after about two weeks of intensive training. There is a buddy outing every other week to ensure the interns are getting to know as many people in the firm as possible. 

Interning gives you the opportunity to apply the debit and credit knowledge your professors have been talking about. The IGNITE program kicks off with two days of orientation, followed by a training program led by team members. At F&D, you will be exposed to different industries, work with different teams, and build relationships that last a lifetime.

If you like teamwork, F&D may be the perfect fit for you. After one week of training, you will be scheduled on a different audit each week with various teams. You will be a contributor on your teams just as if you were a new audit associate. You will work directly with seniors and managers on several accounting assignments to gain an understanding of GAAP, the preparation of financial statements, and other comprehensive basics of accounting. You will build relationships with your new F&D family members along with Frazier & Deeter clients and learn to verify the accuracy and validity of their financial matters.
