New Relic has established its internship program for students who are interested in a career in areas such as software engineering, operations, and marketing. Students will experience a high-energy, team-oriented environment where they will work together to solve complex problems. Applicants will have a variety of program tracks to choose from and are required to be enrolled in a relevant degree program. Those who are interested in applying must demonstrate a certain degree of experience and knowledge in their chosen program track and should show an interest in solving problems through innovative thinking. While not a requirement, New Relic prefers that applicants are currently participating in university clubs.

The program is a paid internship and lasts between 10 and 12 weeks. Interns will receive hands-on experience as they take on meaningful projects and develop new skills. Participants will have the opportunity to attend leadership roundtable meetings, work with experienced mentors, and learn about New Relic’s core values and workplace culture as they make new network connections. At the end of the program, interns will showcase their experience with a presentation to management, where they will receive valuable feedback that will help them throughout their careers.
