CDM Smith offers an internship program to students pursuing STEM degrees who are interested in joining the construction and engineering fields. Interns can join a variety of areas, like construction, environmental engineering, civil engineering, and many more. Interns can expect to gain hands-on experience within their chosen area, honing the skills they’ve learned in the classroom. Interns will also communicate regularly with full-time employees at the firm as well as fellow interns, expanding their professional networks during their time at CDM Smith.
