M.A. Mortenson offers an internship program for students interested in the construction and renewable energy fields. Internships are typically held during the spring and summer months and provide meaningful work and learning experiences for individuals at all levels. Internships are available in the operations area of the company (where interns can get project management experience on large commercial construction sites, hyperscale data centers, or even sports stadiums) and in the company’s office, with roles in electrical, safety, estimating, design, or preconstruction. There are also non-construction roles available in areas like HR, finance, IT, supply chain, and marketing.
