The Superior Construction Building the Future summer internship offers students a 12-week program that provides an in-depth look into a career in the construction field. Interns gain hands-on experience by working on real projects alongside industry professionals, with a mentor guiding them throughout the experience. In addition to project work, interns participate in various professional development events, including lunch-and-learns and field trips, designed to enhance their skills and expand their networks. Opportunities are available in a wide range of departments, including accounting, estimating, project engineering, human resources, safety, surveying, IT, and more.
