There are opportunities for students at all levels, from undergraduate to Master’s students. The Summer Associate Consultant internship is an eight-week summer program open to rising senior undergraduates as well as Master’s students about to begin their program. Summer associates work on one to two engagements during their sessions and engage in work like fact-finding and analysis. Interns work at the same level as associate consultants, making the position an unparalleled opportunity for real consulting experience. Successful applicants express a real interest in consulting and are excited to share their high-level academic and extracurricular achievements. Applicants who receive an offer will know by late winter and begin their internship in June.

Kaiser also offers an MBA-specific internship that is a 10-week summer session. A very select number of MBA students get the chance to take on consulting responsibilities for the summer and work alongside the expert Kaiser consultants. Successful applicants “will display mastery in the core consulting capabilities” since consultants usually work in a specific practice. The application to offer timeline is the same as the Summer Associate internship.
