Kaiser Associates was founded in 1981 as a spin-off of Strategic Planning Associates (SPA), which was itself a spin-off of BCG. From the very beginning, Kaiser has been dedicated to fact-based strategy and implementation. Kaiser was also a pioneer of Benchmarking, publishing Beating the Competition: A Practical Guide to Benchmarking in 1985. Kaiser continues to help clients design and implement breakthrough solutions based on hard facts/benchmarks and proven results.
