With the goal of being the best place for the builders of tomorrow to start their careers, Slalom has developed a 10-week program that focuses on building the latest in software and technology products. Slalom intern teams walk away from this experience having delivered a modern software product, utilizing the same tools and approach Slalom takes when partnering with its clients.
Slalom’s internship program is a 10-week paid engineering-focused project team of student interns learning and practicing Slalom’s software engineering capability model under the direction of experienced technologists and leaders. Slalom selects an internal project designed to provide lift across the organization and leverage modern technologies to realize that vision. Selected interns will utilize bleeding-edge engineering practices and leverage new technologies in a model mirroring that of Slalom’s full-time consultants. This structure creates not only a valuable real-world experience for students to up their expertise and capability, but also mutually benefits Slalom as an organization.
