Trinity Life Sciences offers its Associate Consultant Internship Program to undergraduate students. The program is intended to provide those who participate with a direct path toward a full-time Associate Consultant position with Trinity. Nearly 40 percent of the company’s client-facing leadership team started as an associate consultant from undergrad or while undergoing advanced degree programs.

The Associate Consultant Internship Program is available for students who are six months to one year away from graduation. Internships are held in several of Trinity’s locations, including Waltham, MA, New York, NY, San Francisco, CA, and London, UK. This is a 9-week program that runs from June to early August, and those who wish to participate must submit their application by November 5th.

Interns will be coached by knowledgeable mentors as they develop their analytical skills while undertaking a variety of challenging tasks. Trinity treats its interns as full-time employees, giving them the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects. Additionally, interns will have access to informative meetings and events (including volunteer events, roundtables, and more) that will help them become accustomed to Trinity’s culture while expanding their professional network. The leadership team is well-known for the time and energy it spends on providing support to interns in their professional development, as well as ensuring that each day brings a new and unique challenge.
