Crestron’s internship program emphasizes learning through meaningful, hands-on assignments. Interns are supported by dedicated mentors from their first day, participate in structured orientation, and receive on-the-job training. Interns across functions often collaborate on a shared “Internnovation” project—past iterations included updates to product demo setups and webinars. The program invites interns to apply to several of the company’s departments, and interns often work together to foster cross-department networking.
