The internship runs for roughly 10 to 12 weeks over the summer, with placements across departments including software engineering, human resources, marketing, data science, user experience design, and sales. Software engineering interns typically contribute to digital transformation projects, while data science interns work on initiatives related to artificial intelligence enablement, and marketing interns support digital growth and brand-related work.
Interns collaborate with full-time staff on tasks that support broader company initiatives. The program includes an executive speaker series in which senior leaders share their career paths and perspectives, along with skill-building workshops covering communication, problem-solving, and project management. These elements are designed to build both technical skills specific to an intern's field and broader professional skills. Interns gain exposure to how a large, global services organization manages information, technology infrastructure, and customer-facing operations.
