2027 Vault Rankings
TD Synnex organizes its summer internship program around three broad tracks: a Corporate track covering accounting, finance, credit, and human resources or talent acquisition; a Commercial track focused on sales and business development; and a Technology track spanning information technology, artificial intelligence, data and analytics, cybersecurity, and systems and cloud roles. Interns placed within one of these tracks are assigned real project work tied to their department's ongoing priorities.
Throughout the program, interns receive mentorship from full-time employees and have opportunities to interact with senior executives through a speaker series. The program also includes networking events with peers across the cohort as well as job-shadowing opportunities that let participants see how other departments and functions operate. This combination is intended to give interns both depth in their assigned track and a broader view of how the company's distribution and technology solutions business fits together.
