Arthrex offers graduate programs, internships, co-ops, and technology development programs—as well as several university and technical education center collaborations—that allow students to develop the necessary skills and experience for specific careers at Arthrex. The Arthrex Intern/Co-op Program is offered year-round and consists of over 150 students and recent graduates from various majors and universities. Opportunities are paid, benefit-eligible, and available at select locations in Southwest Florida, Pendleton, South Carolina, and Santa Barbara, California. Along with the hands-on projects, a variety of events are offered to boost intern camaraderie, including lunch and learns, networking events, learning and development classes, product demos, shadow opportunities, and more.
To qualify, candidates must be enrolled in school or within six months of graduation.
