About Olin Corporation Internship Program

Olin's program takes three forms: co-ops, which run as four-month terms aligned with fall or spring semesters, summer internships, and continuous internships for technical students located near an Olin site, which require at least 20 hours of onsite work per week during the school year. Placements span Olin's Chlor Alkali Products and Vinyls, Epoxy, and Winchester business segments, at company locations across the country, most commonly in engineering and other technical functions tied to manufacturing and plant operations. The company provides relocation and housing assistance for participants who need to move for an assignment, and it structures the program so interns and co-ops can return for additional semesters, with many converting to full-time positions after they graduate.
